Netflix has an interesting vacation policy: take as much time off as you want — and for that matter, work from home as much as you want — as long as your job gets done.

If it’s how they actually operate, it’s brilliant, especially for a large organization. I’ll be watching carefully to see how it works out for them. My bet is that it’ll work well. It just seems to make a lot of sense.
