How do you lower a person’s IQ by 50 points? Put a steering wheel in front of them.
To lower it by 100 points, add snow.
I wonder how many of these idiots (particularly the ones in SUVs) ignored the “don’t drive unless it’s an emergency” warnings…

I’m really digging Bob Krawczyk’s fantastic amateur archival site of Toronto architecture.
Warning: right now, it’s dead slow and riddled with errors. I suspect it’s being hammered thanks to an article by Catherine Dawson March in today’s Globe and Mail.
